Job Type: Full-Time | Year-Round Residential Service
Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour based on experience, plus performance incentives

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you will diagnose, maintain, repair, and service residential heating and cooling equipment, including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and related HVAC systems. You will troubleshoot equipment issues, perform preventative maintenance, replace components as needed, and clearly communicate repair recommendations to homeowners. Success in this role requires strong technical ability, professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while maintaining accurate service documentation and safe work practices.

Qualifications:

• At least one year of residential HVAC service or maintenance experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working with furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and residential HVAC systems
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Professional attitude and dependable work ethic
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving history
• EPA Certification, HVAC certifications, or state licensing preferred but not required
