Senior Product Manager - Data Platform (Asset Management)

This role sits at the intersection of product, data engineering, and client delivery, with a strong focus on requirements clarity, stakeholder partnership, and data‑driven decision making. You will work alongside a rapidly scaling team — including data engineers, analytics partners, and client stakeholders — helping translate business needs into clear, actionable product and data requirements. This is a Boston‑based role with a strong onsite client presence. Qualifications Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or similar roles within asset management or financial services Strong understanding of investment management workflows across front, middle, and back office Comfortable with breadth over depth — able to discuss investment concepts clearly without needing deep specialization in one niche Proven strength in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and client‑facing communication Strong SQL skills with expectation of hands‑on query writing Working knowledge of Python Experience participating in agile product or delivery environments Highly collaborative, organized, and able to work across multiple teams simultaneously Preferred (Nice to Have) Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar cloud data platforms BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau Exposure to AI‑enabled tooling or data products Familiarity with agile tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps Prior experience supporting or delivering for asset managers Set Yourself Apart Strong client instincts and ability to build trust quickly Clear, structured thinking — especially in ambiguous problem spaces Comfort working in data‑heavy, fast‑moving environments Intellectual curiosity about markets, data, and technology Ownership mindset and proactive communication Additional Information Pay Range: $134,000-$201,000 The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work.
