Pediatric Care Manager RN - Coordinate & Improve Outcomes

Molina Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse in the Miami area to support pediatric members through care management and care coordination activities. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in health care or care management, active RN licensure, and strong communication and EMR/HIPAA knowledge.
