Financial Representative

Job Summary: As a Financial Representative, you will help individuals and families achieve their financial goals by providing guidance on investments, insurance, and long-term financial planning. You will build relationships with clients, assess their financial needs, and offer tailored solutions to help them secure their financial future. This role involves prospecting new clients, maintaining ongoing client relationships, and staying informed about industry trends and products. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, a client-focused mindset, and a drive to continuously grow your practice. Responsibilities: Financial planning, insurance, retirement planning, and investments Building and maintaining client relationships Prospecting new clients and expanding the client base Staying updated on industry trends and products Qualifications: Financial Planning and Retirement Planning skills Knowledge of Insurance and Investments Experience in finance or related industries Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Representative at Guardian Life, located in Overland Park, KS, with some remote work flexibility. #J-18808-Ljbffr Guardian Kansas City
