In this role, you’ll play a key part in engaging, and building relationships with candidates and employers while learning the fundamentals of recruiting, talent solutions, and business development in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Responsibilities: Candidate Outreach: Engage candidates through phone calls, LinkedIn messaging, email campaigns, and strategic outreach Pipeline Development: Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive communication and relationship building Candidate Qualification: Assess candidate experience, motivations, skills, and career goals to align with open opportunities Communication & Relationship Management: Build trust and maintain professional relationships with candidates and employers throughout the hiring process Sales & Influencing: Present opportunities clearly and use persuasive communication to move candidates through the process CRM & Process Management: Maintain accurate activity, candidate records, and workflow tracking within Bullhorn Training & Development: Participate in ongoing coaching, training sessions, and professional development opportunities What We Offer: Fast Career Growth: Clear promotion path from Hiring Specialist -> Senior Hiring Specialist -> Market Leader within 2-3 years Competitive Compensation Package: Competitive base salary plus clear bonus structure (paid monthly, quarterly and annually) Professional Development: Structured onboarding, hand-on coaching, and direct mentorship from leadership Collaborative Culture: Team-oriented environment with daily support, happy hours, team outings, and catered lunches Competitive Compensation: $48k base salary with uncapped commission opportunities; successful first year typically earn $62k total compensation Technology-Forward Environment: Work with innovative recruiting tools, AI-driven workflows, and modern hiring strategies What We're Looking For: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred 1+ years of professional experience Background in recruiting, sales, business development, customer service, or other relationship-driven roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Competitive, proactive, and motivated by results Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to work onsite in our office located in Solon, OH Work from home program (1 day earned per month/up to 12 days per year) #J-18808-Ljbffr Collar Talent
