Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
At Right at Home Lake Norman/Charlotte, we are dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality in-home care to individuals in our community. As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live as independently as possible, while also promoting their overall well-being and quality of life.
What We Offer:
Hourly rate: $$16 - $17 per hour
Flexible scheduling: Full-time or part-time, Monday-Friday, with every other weekend shifts (with extra pay!)

Responsibilities:
Provide personal care services to clients, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
Support clients with mobility issues or disabilities
Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required
1 year of experience in caregiving, healthcare, or a related field (with certification in CNA, PCA, or HHA a plus)
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen test
Passion for nursing, caregiving, and seniors/adults with disabilities
