Ongoing training for professional and financial growth Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) plan with company match Career advancement opportunities across multiple locations Paid time off Uniform service/ Boot allowance Fully stocked vans that you can take home Limited on-call rotation Fleet trucks with provided maintenance and repair Central scheduling with ServiceTitan Key Responsibilities (may include other duties as assigned): Lead the installation of plumbing systems and fixtures in residential settings Ensure all installations comply with local codes and company standards Supervise and mentor junior installers, providing guidance and training Maintain a safe and clean work environment Communicate effectively with customers to explain system operations and ensure satisfaction Complete all necessary documentation and collect payments as required Participate in ongoing technical training to stay current with industry advancements Key Requirements(other requirements may apply): Minimum of 2 years of experience as a plumbing installer OSHA 10 or ability to obtain At least 1 year of experience supervising a team is preferred Ability to train and mentor team members Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Physical ability to lift to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally Valid driver"s license with a clean driving record Ability to pass comprehensive background and drug screening after offer.
