Junior AI, Marketing & Business Automation Engineer We’re hiring an in-person Junior AI, Marketing & Automation Engineer to help scale and optimize our marketing, sales, and client lifecycle systems using automation, data, and modern AI tools. This role sits at the intersection of growth operations, systems engineering, and AI enablement. You’ll work directly with leadership to improve how sales opportunities are captured, routed, followed up, analyzed, and converted—while reducing manual work and increasing visibility across the funnel. This Is a Hands-on Role For Someone Who Enjoys: Building systems that drive revenue Automating messy real-world workflows Using AI and data to improve marketing, sales, and operations execution We’re open to candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience, or a standout recent graduate with strong project-based work in automation, data, or growth systems.
