As a Security Officer T3 Patrol in Omaha, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail and mall location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will help create a welcoming environment for visitors, tenants, and staff while reporting security-related concerns. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 10:00 PM - 05:00 AM Fri 10:00 PM - 05:00 AM Sat 08:00 PM - 05:00 AM Sun 08:00 PM - 05:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of retail common areas, parking areas, exterior perimeters, and tenant spaces as assigned to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns. Monitor access points and assist with directing visitors, responding to questions, and reporting unauthorized access or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel. Maintain detailed daily activity reports and incident documentation while communicating professionally with site management, law enforcement, and emergency responders as needed. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Experience operating a Segway or T3 is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
