IT /Security Engineer

- Scripting/automation (Bash, shell, python or golang)

- macOS troubleshooting (primary OS at all AI/fintech companies)

- Jamf Pro / MDM - device lifecycle management
- Okta / SSO / MFA - identity and access management
- Google Workspace administration
- Slack - primary comms and support channel
- Hardware lifecycle: procurement, imaging, deployment, decommission
- Ticketing systems: Zendesk, ServiceNow, or Jira Service Management
- Networking basics: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN
- Employee onboarding and offboarding flows
- Asset inventory tracking
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders

- AWS / GCP at triage level

Core Responsibilities
- First point of contact for hardware, software, and network issues via ticketing, Slack, and walk-ups
- Device lifecycle management: procurement, imaging, deployment, repair, decommission
- New-hire onboarding and offboarding - account provisioning, access grants, equipment setup, termination flows
- Identity and access management (Okta, Azure AD) including MFA rollout and access reviews
- MDM administration (Jamf, Intune) - configuration policies, OS/app patching, compliance enforcement
- Endpoint troubleshooting across macOS, Windows, iOS, Android; escalate L2/L3 issues with documentation
- SLA tracking, ticket hygiene, knowledge base and runbook maintenance
- Networking support: Wi-Fi, VPN, DHCP/DNS, conference room AV
- Automation to reduce manual toil via scripting, workflow tools, AI integration
