MRI Scrub Tech Radiology Technologist - Operating Room (OR) - Days (Barnes)

Job Title MRI Technologist – Operating Room (Day Shift) at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, a subsidiary of BJC HealthCare System. Position Overview Full‑time, 40‑hour week, Day Shift. No on‑call. Utilizes Siemens MRI machines. Key Responsibilities Prepare patients and equipment for MRI procedures. Perform MRI studies independently and in on‑call situations. Conduct portable exams and perform studies at other sites as required. Maintain equipment and perform quality control. Required Qualifications Associate degree or higher in Radiologic Technology or related field. Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)). Experience with MRI technology preferred but not mandatory. Preferred Qualifications Less than 2 years of MRI experience. Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification. Intravenous Therapy certification. Licenses & Certifications IEMA (Illinois) – if applicable. Other relevant certifications: RTR, CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES.
