Travel Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation - $2,718 per week

Job Overview Focus Staff is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Chadron, Nebraska. The start date is 03/16/2026. This role requires 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts. Experienced PTs are invited to apply. Responsibilities Provide physical therapy services to patients in a clinical setting. Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams. Document patient progress accurately and maintain case notes. Maintain compliance with state regulations and organizational policies. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in a PT setting (2 years preferred). Valid Nebraska license to practice Physical Therapy. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
