Meat Service Clerk

FREQUENT: Physical lifting/carrying to 100 lbs., pushing over 2200 force lbs. walking, reaching, standing, stooping/bending, squatting, turning Equipment Operation: meat saw, meat slicer, scale, racks, knives, meat grinder, cuber, bulker, meat mixer, pattymachine, tenderizer, pressure washer, telephone, paging system Mental judgment/decision making, social skills/verbal interaction, memorization, reading, writing, math Environmental exposure to cold temperatures and wet surfaces OCCASIONAL: Physical Equipment operation (forklift), pallet jack, flatbed **FREQUENT: 15% of the work shift or at least ten repetitions per work shift. **OCCASIONAL: Approximately less than 15% of the work shift or fewer than 10 repetitions per work shift
