Job Summary

Performs economic research and studies of rates of return, depreciation and investments | Analyzes profit-and-loss income statements and prepares reports and recommendations to management | Generates forecasts and analyzes trends in sales, finance and other areas of business | Researches economic progressions to assist the organization's financial planning | Creates financial models of "what if" scenarios for future business planning decisions in areas such as new product development, new marketing strategies, etc. | cash management/forecast | and Excel and Power BI skillset.


*We are on a 9/80 schedule (9 hour days Monday - Thursday, alternating Fridays off, opposite Fridays 8 hour days.)

Essential Functions

• Conducts quantitative analyses of information affecting budgets, expenses, and other financial projects of public or private institutions
• Collects and analyzes financial information for assigned accounts, products or product lines, or business units in order to track the organization's progress against financial goals.
• Reports current or expected financial performance and creates financial models to guide decision making.
• Analyzes cash flow, expenditures, revenue, depreciation, and investments to make recommendations for action and/or modifications regarding financial procedures, plans, and controls.
• Assists in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, or annual financial statements.

Required Qualifications

• Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 5-7 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferred education and experience: Bachelor's Degree
• Discipline/Major: Accounting, Finance or Business preferred
• Knowledge, skills & abilities: Oral and written communication skills. Analytical thinking skills. Statistical knowledge. Detail oriented. Ability to meet deadlines.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
• Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.

Travel Requirements

No or very little travel likely.

Pay Range (USD)

$100,889.00 - $136,500.00

Pay Transparency Statement

The salary range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum for salary for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the range during the hiring process.

Additional Compensation

Hired applicant may be eligible to participate in the Company's Gain Sharing Program.
