Job Description
Our client is seeking an Accounting Clerk in Arlington, TX to support daytoday financial operations. This role is responsible for processing invoices, posting payments, reconciling accounts, preparing billing statements, and assisting with monthend close activities while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of basic accounting principles
Requirements :
- Must have 1-3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or billing support roles
- Must have strong experience with Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Experience in Microsoft Excel skills & Data Entry is required
- Experience in QuickBooks Enterprise or a similar accounting system is required
- Experience is the Priority Software desired is preferred
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
