Technical Test Manager

Role Summary




Seeking a highly experienced Technical Test Manager to lead testing governance quality assurance and delivery excellence across strategic insurance programs The ideal candidate will bring deep Commercial Insurance domain expertise strong leadership capabilities and broad experience across all testing disciplines to drive quality outcomes in Agile environments












Key Responsibilities




Lead endtoend test planning governance and execution across multiple workstreams and applications
Establish and oversee testing processes standards metrics and quality controls
Manage and coordinate testing activities including functional automation performance security and integration testing
Drive adoption of shiftleft testing practices and quality engineering principles
Oversee test data management and test environment management strategies
Collaborate with business technology and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes
Track and report quality metrics KPIs risks and testing progress through dashboards and executive presentations
Leverage AIdriven tools and solutions to improve testing productivity efficiency and coverage
Support AgileSAFe delivery teams by ensuring quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle
