Senior Marketing Operations Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager based in United States.

This role will establish the marketing operations foundation needed to connect campaigns and customer activity to pipeline and revenue. You will own end-to-end attribution, tracking infrastructure, campaign setup, lifecycle triggers, and marketing data quality. The position offers significant autonomy, with responsibility for building and shaping the function largely from the ground up. You will help transform manual marketing processes into scalable automated workflows across demand generation and product marketing. A major focus will be developing an AI-native approach through automations and agents that improve execution, reporting, and operational efficiency. Working across a complex, multi-product B2B environment, you will help create trusted data and processes that guide marketing decisions and business growth. \n

Accountabilities:

Marketing Attribution:

Map the end-to-end customer journey and build attribution and tracking infrastructure that clearly connects demand generation and product marketing activity to pipeline and revenue. Campaign Operations:

Own the systems and technical setup supporting campaigns, events, and in-app messaging, including list building and lifecycle triggers, ensuring accurate tracking from launch. Marketing Automation:

Lead the transition from manual campaign and project execution to automated workflows that allow marketing teams to focus more on strategy and higher-value activities. AI-Native Operations:

Design and implement AI-powered automations and agents that scale campaign execution, list building, reporting, and other marketing operations activities. Data Alignment:

Partner with Technology Operations and Revenue Operations to maintain clean, consistent marketing data and ensure systems work together effectively without duplicating existing processes. Operational Ownership:

Establish standards, processes, and infrastructure for a marketing operations function that is being built and formalized within the organization. Cross-Functional Enablement:

Support demand generation and product marketing teams with reliable systems, workflows, and reporting that improve visibility into marketing performance. Requirements

Marketing Operations Experience:

4–5 years of experience managing marketing operations within a complex enterprise B2B environment, ideally involving multiple products or markets. Attribution Expertise:

Demonstrated experience building marketing attribution and campaign tracking frameworks from the ground up rather than simply maintaining established systems. Automation Experience:

Direct experience moving marketing processes from manual execution to automated workflows, including building AI-powered automations or agents. Marketing Technology:

Working knowledge of marketing technology ecosystems and how campaign, CRM, analytics, and in-app messaging platforms integrate and exchange data. Independent Ownership:

Comfortable operating as a highly autonomous individual contributor and owning both strategy and execution without a dedicated team, at least initially. CRM & Messaging Platforms:

Experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Customer.io, or equivalent marketing and in-app messaging technologies is a plus. Web Analytics:

Familiarity with website analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and the ability to connect web behavior with broader attribution models is desirable. Industry Experience:

Experience in sports, media, or another complex industry or vertical is a plus. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:

Strong ability to understand complex data flows, identify gaps in tracking, and create scalable solutions that improve marketing visibility. Benefits

Base Salary:

$125,000–$150,000 annually, with the final offer determined by experience, skills, and interview performance. Equity:
