This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and confidently handling multiple tasks throughout the day. You will be the face of our agency—greeting customers, managing communication, assisting with basic policy updates, and helping customers understand billing questions—while supporting a high-performing team. A Florida 4-40 Customer Representative license is required for this role. Licensing Requirements If not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain it We provide full guidance and support to help you successfully complete the licensing process Employment is contingent upon obtaining this license Role Overview As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will manage daily front office operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will handle incoming calls, assist with simple policy changes, answer billing-related questions, and ensure customers are directed efficiently. This is a service-first role with opportunities to support account growth through customer interactions.
