About the Opportunity GSG is seeking a ETF Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role serves as a computer technology expert for ETF functional applications, providing development and ongoing support. In this role you will focus on data analysis and testing during the development and implementation of new code and system functionality. You will shape project release direction and execution through your research, analysis, and monitoring of new or enhanced functionality. Responsibilities Act as a subject matter expert for ETF technology applications Lead product release planning, including research, analysis, and implementation Analyze system data to identify solutions and future enhancements Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and client requirements Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of relevant experience. ETF Expertise: Hands‑on experience with ETF operations or supporting ETF operations teams Technical Proficiency: Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office Suite; (Proficiency with SQL is a strong advantage) Analytical Thinking: Ability to work with large datasets and apply logical systems thinking Problem‑Solving & Initiative: Proactive in identifying issues and driving resolution Project Management: Strong organizational and planning skills; experience with testing processes and agile methodologies Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; ability to work independently and in teams Employee Benefits GSG is excited to offer its consultants excellent compensation and a robust option of benefits which include comprehensive medical, dental, vision and prescription coverage.
