Our Physician Recruitment Package Includes:


Signing Bonus of $30K, and Career Starter Bonus of $100K on Start Date. ^ Surgical Retina $400K-$600K Earning Potential Years 1-3 (Exclusive of Sign-On and Career Starter Bonus). ^ Medical Retina is Same Recruitment Package with $360K-$540K Years 1-3 (Minimum Guaranteed Compensation $490K Year-1). ^ Defined 3-Year Partner Track, with No Buy-In, Loans, or Investments Required. ^ Established Partners Averaging Above 90th%ile Income Nationally. ^ Health, Vision, Dental, PTO, CME, paid Malpractice, 401(k), etc.
