Chiropractic Assistant

This position begins with an introductory period to ensure a great fit, with the goal of transitioning into a permanent part-time role for a candidate who proves they are capable, efficient, and ready to grow. Key Responsibilities Managing the schedule in Jane EHR, checking patients in/out, and making proactive follow-up calls to patients and other providers. Verifying coverage, explaining patient responsibilities (copays/deductibles), and working with our billing team to provide information for claim disputes. Collecting payments and maintaining patient ledgers.
