We are seeking a seasoned customer-facing consultant with established leadership skills to direct a diverse team of advisory and delivery talent. The role involves onsite, hands-on client engagement management, overseeing the day-to-day running of client engagements across multiple practices including Data, Cloud, Application Development, Agile, and DevOps. The successful candidate will guide efforts, direct talents, and expand knowledge to deliver strategic solutions, acting as a liaison between the client and delivery team. The primary focus is on successful delivery, while also exploring additional client needs and working with the team to create proposals. Principal Consultants maintain close contact with clients throughout projects. Responsibilities Client Delivery: Facilitate strategy, roadmap, design, and planning workshops Manage customer expectations Lead technical project teams Drive objectives, requirements, milestones, and timelines for successful delivery Break down problems and identify approaches Approve project deliverables Present deliverables to client executives Business Development: Support client discovery meetings and opportunity qualification Represent services during sales cycles Develop client relationships and present solutions to C-Level executives Practice Development & Thought Leadership: Enhance advisory service offerings Act as a technology thought leader and evangelist Maintain knowledge of IT trends and standards Mentor team members Qualifications Minimum 15 years of experience leading transformative modernization initiatives Senior-level consulting experience Strong understanding of business measurement frameworks (e.g., OKRs) At least five years of executive technology consulting Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar Excellent communication skills Business acumen and problem-solving abilities Interpersonal skills and executive presence Experience as a technology change agent MBA is a plus Why AHEAD We value diversity through initiatives like Moving Women AHEAD and RISE AHEAD, and foster growth with top technologies, cross-department training, and certifications.
