Design Lead — Brand & Growth Studio

DoorDash’s Superette studio seeks a Design Lead to bridge brand storytelling with growth-focused design. You’ll lead a small, skilled team of designers, acting as player/coach to deliver work that drives short-term conversions and strengthens long-term brand equity. You’ll optimize CRM and performance campaigns while elevating DoorDash’s visual language. Collaborate across Brand, Growth, and Marketing for strategically sharp, emotionally resonant, on-brand design; report to the Head of Design in #J-18808-Ljbffr DoorDash USA
