This role is designed for producing loan officers who want to grow beyond personal production by building a team and earning overrides on team performance.NextGen provides the infrastructure. We handle the recruiting process and supply loan officers for you to mentor, develop, and grow. You focus on leading, coaching, and driving production.Our platform is currently managing thousands of inbound mortgage leads each month through Realtor.com, Zillow, and strong Realtor partnerships.
