Bar Back / Pool Bartender

The Madonna Inn is hiring for a combination bar back / pool bartender position. Bar back shifts are evening shifts (typically starting between 5pm - 6pm, and ending between 11pm - midnight). Bar back duties include keeping the bar stocked with all items (spirits, glassware, garnishes, ice, etc.), washing glassware, delivering food & drink orders to guests, and assisting the bartenders with whatever tasks they may need performed. Pool Bar shifts are daytime shifts. During summer hours, opening pool bar shifts start at 9:30am, and closing shifts end at 8:30pm. During winter hours, pool bar shifts are from 10:30am to 6:30pm. Pool Bartender duties include making drinks, prepping basic food items like sandwiches and salads, and keeping an eye on the pool area to watch for safety concerns, outside food & beverage, pool jumpers, etc. Position includes free meals, paid breaks, paid vacation, life insurance, 401K plan, pension plan, plus full health insurance benefits (medical, dental, and vision).
