Key Responsibilities Provide Spanish customer support via phone, email, and live chat. Handle inquiries related to products, orders, deliveries, and after-sales services. Resolve customer issues quickly, professionally, and efficiently. Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely issue resolution. Meet quality and customer satisfaction targets. Follow company procedures and comply with all applicable regulations.
