Be part of MEDLOG . Position Summary and Responsibilities SEI Acquisition is actively seeking a Payroll Specialist to be on‑site at our New Freedom, PA location. This position will process all new SEI contractors by obtaining necessary documents required to onboard and administer payroll. They will maintain accurate entry of sensitive data and communicate effectively with all agents as necessary. They will process payroll and commissions for assigned contractors and agents. Review and process contractor payroll Review and enter weekly deductions Set up and release maintenance accounts Release / transfer escrow funds Close out terminated contractors and vendors Enter pay to contractors via TMS Assist with driver settlement questions Run revenue, driver pay, and brokered reports from Power BI to produce commission calculations Assist agents with commission questions and concerns Order / send Comdata cards to agents Provide support by entering contractor, vendor, and truck profiles into TMS, as well as answer payroll and billing questions Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Payroll experience / trucking industry a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent conflict resolution and problem‑solving skills Superb organizational habits Self‑motivated / detail oriented / ability to prioritize Ability to multitask and handle time‑sensitive deadlines Ability to perform in high‑intensity situations with a positive attitude Accountable to company core values: Customer and Contractor Focused, Innovative, Relationship Builder, Accountable, Purposeful Communicator, and Exceeds Expectations Work Authorization Authorized to work in the U.S. Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Life and short‑term & long‑term disability insurance 401(k) with company match Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time FSA Employee Assistance Program #J-18808-Ljbffr
