This full-time Team Leader will provide training to enhance the team's ability to exceed our high standards of customer service, product knowledge and sales. Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment Delivery of Employee training Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing Point of sale automated systems Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising Physical specifications Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 30 lbs. Must have full availability to work 40 hours per week Compensation The hourly wage for the position has a range of $23.50 - $26.70 , based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.
