MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Resort Operations Manager to lead the Front Desk team and drive outstanding guest experiences. The role partners with the Senior Hotel Manager to deliver exceptional service, optimize labor and financial performance, and implement front office strategy in line with MGM standards.
