Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in generating leads, following up with prospects, and closing deals on golf cars and related products
• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms to grow brand awareness
• Coordinate promotional events, showroom displays, and marketing materials
• Respond to customer inquiries in-person, by phone, and via email in a timely and professional manner
• Track and report on sales metrics, marketing performance, and campaign effectiveness
• Maintain and update CRM databases with accurate customer and lead information

Requirements:

• 1-3 + years of experience in a sales, marketing, or customer-facing role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset
• Valid driver's license required
