Job Title: Recruitment Campaign Assistant Monthly Pay: $6,000 - $6,600 USD per month Summary: This role protects accurate, on-time hiring campaign launches; done well, each opening has clear messaging, current tracking details, and a smooth path for prospective applicants. This is a fully remote, Washington-based contract role supporting advertising and people-team campaign activities. Job Responsibilities: Prepare campaign briefs, audience notes, and posting copy for approved openings. Coordinate launch dates, creative assets, and channel requirements with campaign partners. Maintain requisition details, campaign trackers, and source-level performance notes. Review live postings for accurate titles, location language, links, and consistent branding. Route applicant questions and campaign updates to the appropriate hiring contacts. Compile weekly activity summaries covering spend, response volume, and posting status. Qualifications: Interest in recruitment marketing, digital advertising, or talent programs. Familiarity with online job-posting platforms or paid media concepts. Ability to write concise, audience-focused copy and campaign updates. Comfortable working with trackers, deadlines, and detailed launch checklists. Able to collaborate remotely and handle changing campaign priorities. Fully remote work setup within Washington. Exposure to hiring campaigns across digital channels.
