BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIRED BEFORE OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT Duties: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries Maintain a clean and organized reception area Schedule appointments and manage calendars Assist with event planning and coordination Provide administrative support to various departments as needed Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing Utilize Google Suite to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations Handle sensitive information with confidentiality Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines knowledge of PEp Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour Schedule: 8 hour shift Night shift Work setting: In-person Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Forest New Albany LP
