At PDS Tech Commercial, Inc., you’ll assemble, align, and verify high-quality mechanical builds for an industry leader in Richardson, TX. What your day looks like Interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and customer specs to plan each build. Assemble custom test fixtures, rack-mount cabinets, and specialized manufacturing equipment. Use hand and power tools confidently and inspect your work for precision and accuracy. Pay, location, and schedules Pay Rate: $19–$22/hour (based on experience & shift) Location: Richardson, TX 1st Shift (Mon–Thu): 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM 2nd Shift (Mon–Thu): 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM Weekend Shift (Fri–Sun): 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM What you bring Experience: 6+ months in mechanical assembly. Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent (required & verified). Skills: Detail-focused, computer-literate, collaborative. Physical: Comfortable standing, handling materials, and performing repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment.
