Assistant Controller | High-Impact Healthcare Opportunity

LHH is partnered with a growing mid-sized healthcare company on an Assistant Controller search! Responsibilities: Manage the accounting team and oversee a seven-day month-end close process Support the AP team as needed Assist with the annual audit Partner with Treasury to support cash management activities and liquidity planning Conduct technical accounting research and provide guidance on complex accounting matters, including lease accounting and revenue recognition Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Drive process improvement initiatives across the accounting function Assist with special projects and other responsibilities as needed Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's in Accounting preferred 7+ years of accounting experience required Multi-location healthcare experience required CPA or sitting preferred but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
