Job Title: Registered Nurse – Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT)

Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Nights | 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours/week)
Shift Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Varies)

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) or related specialty experience .
• No local candidates within 50 miles of the facility.
• Required:
  • AHA BLS
• Preferred:
  • AHA ACLS
  • Chemotherapy Certification
  • NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification
• Experience with Cerner EMR preferred.

Unit Details

• Unit: 718A Bone Marrow Transplant
• Inpatient isolation unit providing intermediate level of care .
• Care for patients receiving:
  • Cell therapy
  • Chemotherapy
  • Immunotherapy
  • Blood product transfusions
  • Bone marrow/stem cell transplants
• Low nurse-to-patient ratios to support specialized patient care.

Position Details

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Specialized Bone Marrow Transplant unit focused on caring for immunocompromised patients undergoing complex oncology and transplant treatments.
