He earned his DMD from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and later served as a faculty member at Tufts, teaching restorative dentistry and root canal therapy to dental students and graduate dentists. Dr. Hirshberg has also presented continuing education programs for dentists on porcelain crowns, crown and bridge esthetics, and techniques to improve fit and natural-looking results. He is a Fellow of the Academy of Dental Science, a past President of the Greater Boston Dental Society, and has been recognized by Boston Magazine as a Best Dentist in Boston.
