Speech Language Pathologist

Job Description Salary: $80 - $90 per hour. We are seeking a highly motivated, critical thinker with excellent communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to develop and implement programs designed to improve communication skills of patients with speech and language impairment, and improve swallowing abilities of patients with swallowing problems. The successful candidate will be a part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to enhancing the overall well‑being of an individual. Responsibilities Conduct speech and language assessment in patients with neurogenic speech and language disorders. Conduct swallowing assessment in patients with dysphagia. Develop a plan of care, and provide speech therapy to patients with speech and language disorders. Develop a plan of care, and provide swallowing therapy to patients with swallowing disorders. Training and education of patients and caregivers in communication strategies and swallowing strategies.
