We are seeking a Chief Growth Officer to transform those opportunities into a repeatable, scalable growth engine. This is not a traditional executive role. This is not a sales management role. This is not a marketing role. This is a company-building role. THE MISSION Build our first four strategic partners into a $500,000 ARR revenue engine within six months. The partners are identified. The relationships are established. The conversations are active. Your responsibility is to activate, onboard, enable, and scale those partnerships into measurable recurring revenue. SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Activating and launching the first four strategic partners Driving partner adoption and utilization Converting pilot engagements into recurring revenue Creating repeatable onboarding and enablement processes Establishing partner success frameworks Building a scalable partner growth engine Delivering $500,000 ARR within six months WHAT YOU WILL OWN Partner Growth Lead activation of strategic partner agreements Manage onboarding and enablement Drive partner adoption and engagement Create expansion opportunities within partner networks Establish partner success metrics and accountability Revenue Creation Convert pilots into recurring revenue Build partner-generated pipeline Drive partner-sourced opportunities Create forecasting and growth visibility Operational Scale Create reporting and KPI frameworks Develop communication and execution cadences Identify bottlenecks and remove friction Create the foundation for future growth hires WHO YOU ARE You have likely been: Head of Revenue You are comfortable building before hiring. You thrive in ambiguity. You execute without being told what to do. You understand how to create revenue, not simply manage it. You are willing to bet on yourself. IDEAL EXPERIENCE Channel sales Early‑stage company growth Founder‑led organizations COMPENSATION Phase One Equity only. No bonus. This role is designed for someone who believes they can create substantially more value than they can negotiate in cash compensation today. Phase Two Triggered upon: Completion of a funding round OR Achievement of $500,000 ARR Compensation converts to: Performance-based bonus Ongoing equity participation WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY IS DIFFERENT SellXSell is pioneering the Revenue Governance Infrastructure category. Revenue teams spend billions on CRM platforms, forecasting tools, sales methodologies, enablement programs, and analytics software. Yet executive teams still struggle with the same fundamental problem: They cannot confidently determine which opportunities are real, which forecasts can be trusted, and where revenue risk actually exists. We believe revenue organizations do not have a forecasting problem. They have a governance problem. The missing layer in the modern revenue stack is accountability. Revenue Governance Infrastructure creates the inspection, accountability, and enforcement layer that sits above CRM, forecasting, and sales methodologies to ensure executive decisions are based on reality instead of assumptions. We are not building another sales tool. We are building the Revenue Governance Infrastructure category. The Chief Growth Officer will play a foundational role in commercializing this category, activating our first strategic partners, scaling adoption, and helping grow the business to $500,000 ARR within six months.
