Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for assigned patients. Meet the Standards of Practice for the Rehabilitation Unit and manage all assigned personnel, supplies, and equipment. Participate in activities to plan, measure, assess, and improve the quality of patient care. Instruct patients and families regarding the disease process. Handle additional admission paperwork specific to the Rehabilitation Unit. Participate in weekly patient care conferences as needed. Assume responsibility for charging the unit as needed. Qualifications Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred). Current Registered Nurse License in Texas or Multi‑State Compact License (must obtain Texas RN License within 90 days of hire). Current BLS Certification required.
