CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (TRAVEL CNA) | CONTRACT ASSIGNMENT JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking a compassionate and dependable Travel Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a contract opportunity in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. The CNA will provide direct resident care, assist with activities of daily living, and support the nursing team in delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

POSITION DETAILS

• Position: Travel Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Employment Type: Travel Contract Assignment
• Assignment Length: 14 Weeks
• Start Date: September 14, 2026
• End Date: December 13, 2026

SHIFT DETAILS

• Shift Time: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
• Meal Break: 30 Minutes
• 12-Hour Night Shift

GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY

• Guaranteed Hours: 24 Hours Per Week
• Pay Rate: $18.09 - $21.10 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
• Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred
• PointClickCare experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a healthcare team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with transfers, mobility, and ambulation
• Obtain and record vital signs as directed
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Assist with meals and hydration needs
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Promote resident comfort, dignity, and safety
• Support nursing staff with routine patient care activities
• Maintain a clean and safe care environment

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Guaranteed 24 hours per week
• Competitive pay rate of $18.09 - $21.10 per hour
• Night-shift assignment
• 14-week travel contract opportunity
• Two-week rotating schedule
  • Week 1: 2 scheduled shifts
  • Week 2: 4 scheduled shifts

• Travelers must reside more than 100 miles from the work location
