Opportunity Highlights

• Schedule: Ongoing assignments starting 9/21(8a)-10/5(8a), 10/19(8a)-11/2(8a), 11/16(8a)-11/30(8a), 12/14(8a)-12/28(8a); 2 weeks per month (consecutive preferred); Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with occasional night and weekend call
• Job Setting: 95% Outpatient / 5% Inpatient; Practice is shared physical location with Radiation Oncology

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified.
• Licensure: Must be licensed in Michigan.
• Credentialing: Estimated timeframe 60 days.
