Compensation & Bonus Structure Base Salary : $83,000 – $109,000 / year (based on experience and market factors) Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds. Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans. Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
