Job Description Job Description The Controller oversees all accounting and financial operations, reporting directly to the COO. Responsibilities include managing AP/AR, payroll, benefits administration, cash management, budgeting, financial reporting, billing, compliance, tax coordination, and employee onboarding/offboarding. The role partners with leadership to provide financial analysis, forecasting, profitability reporting, and strategic support to ensure the firm's financial health and operational efficiency. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred. * 7-10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience. * Experience with payroll, benefits administration, AP/AR, and financial reporting. * Public accounting experience is a plus. * Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and accounting/practice management software. * Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
