Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN

Ensure the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction. Provide resident care and direct nursing care during the assigned shift. Make staff assignments. Mentor and educate nursing personnel. Work with physicians and other medical professionals. Operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act. Follow accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. Requirements Active and in good standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice Prior experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in an LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred Passion for working with seniors Flexible, fun, and energetic personality Professional image in appearance and behavior Excellent written and oral communication skills Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in delivering efficient nursing care while ensuring positive clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction. Proficient in mentoring nursing personnel and collaborating with medical professionals within the scope of practice defined by state regulations.
