Description: This is a state-of-the-art, 60-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital. The facility is dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced debilitating effects of severe injuries or illnesses. The position involves working with a diverse adult patient population. Common diagnoses and treatments include stroke and heart failure. The nurse will provide direct patient care and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Patient ratios are 1:6, ensuring personalized attention to each patient. The work environment relies on advanced electronic health record systems for documentation. Candidates should be skilled in providing compassionate care and fostering patient independence.
