Cardiac Valve Program Coordinator & Patient Navigator

Piedmont Heart Institute Physicians is seeking a seasoned registered nurse to support the coordination of evaluation and screening for patients being assessed for complex cardiac surgery. This role acts as the primary liaison for the valve team, including physicians, patients, and other clinical staff. You will coordinate inter-departmental processes, communicate across teams, and make recommendations to the physician group for final determinations while serving as a patient navigator throughout #J-18808-Ljbffr Piedmont Healthcare
