Position Details Starting Pay: $18.00 - $22.00+/hour (based on experience). Shift times: Monday - Friday Primary Responsibilities As a Merchandiser, you’ll meet at the office and travel as a team in a company vehicle with company paid gas to the customer location. Place merchandise in the display areas following set plan-o-grams, ensuring that every square foot of the store is properly set according to plan. You’ll also assess customer sales and identify items that are not selling or are discontinued for each customer, making recommendations for replacement items to increase sales and profits. Responsibilities may include, but not limited to Service assigned stores as scheduled daily Provide excellent customer service Provide merchandising, stocking, shelf facing, stock rotating, and product and shelf cleaning at customer locations Arrange store shelves or display areas as required by each store Occasional build/tear down of store shelving Monitor potential account problems at the store level and report to Sales and/or Sales Manager when required Maintain safe store aisles keeping areas neat and orderly Perform additional duties as assigned Occasional overnight travel required.
