Call Center Representative

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is looking to hire a Call Center Representative in Columbus, OH . Pay Rate Range: $17-$19/hour W2, depending on experience Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls related to customer inquiries and account support. Provide accurate and efficient responses while meeting established department performance metrics. Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns while ensuring a positive customer experience. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow established procedures and workflows when addressing customer inquiries. Identify and escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate team when necessary. Manage multiple customer interactions and priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Communicate professionally and effectively with customers throughout each interaction. Requirements: 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience; internships may be considered. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is preferred. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience or internship in banking, financial services, or customer support is highly preferred. Previous contact center experience is preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong customer-service orientation and ability to maintain professionalism during customer interactions. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Ability to meet established performance metrics and deadlines. Contract duration of 6-12 months with potential for full-time conversion based on performance and position availability.
