Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents in our long-term care facility.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and report any changes in residents' health status to the nursing staff.
• Ensure residents' safety and well-being at all times.
• Promote a positive and supportive environment for residents and their families.

Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Prior experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
