Customer Relations Specialist Job ID: 217653 Location: Wichita, KS Schedule: 7:30 AM-3:30 PM or 8:00 AM-4:00 PM Job Summary PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking an experienced Customer Relations Specialist to support critical aftermarket operations for the flying fleet. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, internal teams, and client, ensuring timely and accurate support for spares, AOG requirements, and customer quoting activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and experienced in aerospace or complex manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities * Ensure the highest quality customer experience during visits, product demonstrations, evaluations, deliveries, and special events * Serve as an aftermarket Customer Service Representative supporting quoting activities using client tools * Determine production status and availability of replacement parts * Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineers on spare configurations and make/buy decisions * Administer and manage customer quotes from initiation through delivery * Support AOG (Aircraft on Ground) and spares requirements * Liaise directly with client on customer requests * Coordinate agendas and logistics for trade shows, air shows, exhibits, product evaluations, and special events * Manage budgets and distribution of promotional materials * Support senior management and executive customer engagements * Ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, customer commitments, and ethics regulations * Act as liaison between customers and company executive leadershipRequired Skills & Qualifications * Minimum 5 years of customer service experience * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Experience working with quoting systems * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Strong communication and customer-facing skills * Aerospace industry experience OR a relevant degree combined with customer service experiencePreferred Qualifications * Aftermarket or spares support experience * AOG support experience * Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing and fleet support operations Benefits offered to vary by the contract.
